If you prefer to fax following 4 forms are required to complete the purchase of your vehicle from Dave Walter BMW along with a Signed Purchase Agreement (SPA). You will receive the SPA directly from your Client Advisor.
· Please fill out Part B of the 1st page completely.
· I don’t need your previous address if you have resided at your current address for more than 2 years.
· Please sign and date at the bottom of the 2nd page.
OR
· Please fill out Part B AND Part D of the 1st page completely.
· Please sign at the designated areas on the 2nd page.
· Please sign at the bottom of the page and print your name at the bottom.
· Please fill out this form with all your credit card information.
· This will allow me to charge it and put it on HOLD for you.
· I will need a signed buyers order to officially mark it SOLD.
4. “Driver’s License & Insurance”
