Our priority is to provide each Dave Walter BMW customer with an excellent service experience. Our service department staff is available to assist you with any questions or problems you may have. To arrange a service appointment, please utilize our online Schedule Service Appointment form. If you have an emergency please contact one of our service advisors Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:45 am and 6:00 pm. After hours and on the weekends please contact BMW roadside at (800) 332-4269.

Service Loaner Policy
Dave Walter BMW will provide alternate transportation to service customers when requested at the time a service appointment is made. We have a limited number of "BMW Service Loaners," with additional vehicles being provided by a daily rental company. Please accept our apology if you have to wait for an appointment in order to have a BMW Loaner, or are offered a daily rental. In case of emergency service, we will attempt to provide alternate transportation.
We regret that we are unable to provide alternate transportation for repairs related to accidents. Please consult with your insurance company as to their obligation to provide alternate transportation.
Vehicles are provided as part of the value in purchasing and/or servicing your BMW at Dave Walter BMW. Abuse of this privilege will result in withdrawal of Service Loaner usage. To assist other owners, please return the Service Loaner on the day when the service work has been completed.
All BMW Loaner vehicles will be given to our clients with a full tank of fuel. If returned without a full tank there will be a fuel charge. Smoking is not permitted in any of our loaner vehicles. Please notify us of any accident, damage or fault in the vehicle. All parking/traffic tickets are your responsibility. A BMW Loaner is being provided for local use only, and cannot be taken out of the state of Ohio. To obtain a loaner you must have a valid driver's license, current insurance information and a credit card for damages or fuel charges. |

Service Valet Policy
Valet service is a benefit afforded BMW owners who purchase their BMW from Dave Walter BMW. This service is available on a limited basis, and is by appointment only. This service is part of our commitment to provide Dave Walter BMW customers with a pleasurable ownership experience. Should you require this service, please inform your service consultant when making your appointment. We do, however, suggest when possible you bring your BMW in personally, which will allow us to get to know you better. |
