Loaner Vehicles from Dave Walter BMW
No
customer likes to be without his or her automobile for any period of
time and we understand this. For your convenience courtesy loaner cars
are available while your new vehicle is being serviced during your
warranty period with appointment while cars are available. Please keep
in mind that specific model requests are not possible.
Service must be no less than an estimated two (2) hour minimum to qualify for loaner availability. Example: Oil Services Do Not Qualify for loaner car programs. A scheduled service appointment is required to ensure loaner availability and is on a first come first serve basis. A currant valid drivers license and proof of insurance are required to accept a loaner car. Drivers for loaner cars are limited to those individuals whose signatures are on the BMW Rental Agreement and under no circumstances may the driver be under 25 years of age. To Better accommodate all clients, it is required that the loaner car be returned twelve (12) hours of the time the call is placed to advise you that your vehicle is completed in service and with the same amount of fuel as when it is left.
The area of use is limited to a 50-mile radius of the dealership and you are granted 50 miles of use per day. In the event that your needs exceed this provision, you will be assessed an Extended Use Fee at the rate of 20 cents per mile for each additional mile. Smoking in Loaner cars is prohibited.
